We don't charge for luggage!
You can bring up to three items of luggage when you travel with us. Perfect for those long weekends away or trips to the airport.
All we ask is that your luggage is suitably packed, won't obstruct doorways and that you don't bring more than you can comfortably carry yourself. We have space in each carriage for large items and overhead racks for smaller ones. There's also space under your seat for small soft bags.
Need assistance for your journey?
We support the rail industry Passenger Assist scheme which enables disabled and older customers to discuss and book their assistance requirements in advance of their journey. We can help with all aspects of your journey such as:
- Planning your journey, choosing the best trains, times, tickets
- Getting on and off the train (including providing ramps, sight guidance etc)
- Moving between platforms and around the station
- Purchasing tickets
- Assisting with your luggage
- Advising what facilities are available on board and at the stations.
