Just Business is WMR’s free business train travel platform for booking and managing all work-related travel. It gives businesses and employees access to the cheapest fares across all rail providers with no additional costs or booking fees (unlike some other providers). With Just Business, your business and employees can easily keep track of travel expenses, travel bookings and carbon emissions - to ensure all your travel booking data is stored in one place.

The set-up process is quick and simple. We have a short form to fill in, which tells us how you’d like us to set up the account, who you wish to have access (and admin rights) from within your organisation, and any travel policies you’d like us to apply. Our helpdesk is on hand throughout, and it usually takes around a week for your account to go live.

Yes. As an admin, you can set your employees up with their own accounts linked to the overall business account. They can book their own travel with the costs charged directly to the business. No need for employees to keep paper receipts, claim expenses or queue at the station as E-tickets are sent directly to their inbox.

Currently Just Business is online only – there is no app available.

You can use railcards on Just Business, just like other sites. We offer the cheapest available fares, without booking or transaction fees, ensuring you’ll always pay the minimum for your train travel.

Unfortunately, you can’t book season tickets through Just Business.

You can receive your tickets through a range of methods – email is the quickest and simplest – but you can also collect at the station or receive via post if preferred.

There is a range of ways that businesses can pay for their travel via Just Business. The easiest is via a lodged credit card to which all travel is charged on purchase.

Yes, you can book rail travel on behalf of others, including clients outside of your business.

Yes, you are in full control of who can book what, including any limits or restrictions. There is also the ability to introduce an approval stage before any booking is completed.
