How to access or delete your information
You can make a request in one of two ways:
- Apply online - Complete our online subject access request form .
- Apply by post - Download our Subject Access Requests Form and send the completed version by post to: Data Protection Manager, London Northwestern & West Midlands Railways, 2nd Floor, 134 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2ES.
Whichever method you choose, we will require all the requested information on the Subject Access Request form and proof of identity to progress your request. So please ensure that you include copies or scanned images of your proof of identity.
